The main bedroom has a built-in wardrobe and a bed measuring 160 x 190 cm. The second bedroom (without a window) has two pullout beds of 80x180 cm, a built-in wardrobe, and a desk. There is a full bathroom with a shower and a laundry area within the bathroom. The terrace is the jewel of the house, facing southwest and overlooking the pool, it gets sun from noon onwards, is spacious, and has an outdoor dining area and sun loungers for sunbathing or reading.

The house has air conditioning, radiators, and fans in the rooms. All the furniture is new, as are the French windows with shutters and mosquito nets.
