Services such as pharmacy, supermarket, bakery, restaurants, clinic, ice cream shops, etc., are less than 3-5 minutes on foot.

The accommodation is on the 5th floor, with an elevator.

It consists of: 1 bedroom with a double bed, living room with a sofa bed for 2 people, fully equipped open kitchen, 1 full bathroom with shower, and a terrace facing south with side views of the beach and the promenade.

The building has a swimming pool with different depths, a children's pool, a sunbathing area next to the pool with showers, a tennis court, and a children's play area.
