Rental conditions
The apartment is available for rent to people with employment or verifiable income.
To move in in October, the following is required: 1 month's rent + €1,000 security deposit + (1 month's agency fee + VAT) + €120 final cleaning fee.
To move in for the entire winter season, the following is required: 1 month's rent + €1,500 security deposit + (1 month's agency fee + VAT) + €120 final cleaning fee.
Water and electricity are paid separately, and Wi-Fi is included.
