Bungalow for rent in a quiet area of Campo Internacional de Maspalomas with private terrace. Close to the dunes and the beach of Maspalomas.

The bungalow is fully furnished and ready to move in. The complex has garden areas, a communal swimming pool and a tennis court, as well as easy parking. The complex has video surveillance and 24-hour security.

The property is spacious and bright, and consists of a living room-kitchen, a bedroom and a bathroom.

As soon as we enter the plot, we find a spacious private terrace, furnished with outdoor furniture to enjoy the garden and outdoor meals. The fantastic terrace has a pergola that covers the outdoor dining area, allowing you to enjoy both sun and shade.

The garden has a sun lounger area and a small barbecue to enjoy with friends and family. The exterior also has a built-in closet that houses the washing machine, the large water heater and an extra fridge for greater outdoor storage functionality. Finally, this property offers an outdoor shower to cool off on the hottest days.

The bungalow has double access: one entrance goes directly to the kitchen and the other to the living room. From the main entrance, we find the fully fitted and equipped kitchen on the left-hand side, with all appliances, including a hob, oven, fridge, freezer, dishwasher and microwave. The kitchen has a bar with space for at least four people. From the entrance, directly in front, we have a folding closet that converts into a bunk bed, offering two extra beds, perfect for enjoying visits without losing space.

To the right of the entrance, we have the living room, consisting of a triple sofa, a table and a TV cabinet. The fully glazed terrace doors allow light and fresh air in. Between the kitchen and the folding closet, there is a door on the left providing direct access to the master bedroom, which consists of a large double bed, bedside tables, a closet and a wall-mounted TV. The bedroom is equipped with air conditioning.

The other door leads to a modern en-suite bathroom with a toilet, sink and shower.

There is also a small loft for personal storage, with enough space for another mattress.

All rooms are bright because of their windows to the outside.
