The duplex is quite spacious and bright, with outward-facing windows, and features a large terrace. The property is distributed over two floors.

On the ground floor, we find the terrace, a living room with kitchen, a pantry, and a guest toilet. On the upper floor, there is the bedroom and the bathroom.

The duplex is modern, fully furnished, recently renovated, and ready to move into.

As soon as we enter the plot, we are greeted by a spacious terrace with outdoor tables and chairs and a small barbecue. Once inside the property, we are welcomed by the living room, where on the right-hand side, there is a sofa with a small table, and on the left, a small chest of drawers and a wall-mounted television.

Following that, prior to the kitchen area, we find the dining area, with seating capacity for 4 to 6 guests. Additionally, this space includes an extra sofa that offers comfort during after-meal conversations.

The kitchen is wonderful and modern, fully furnished and equipped with all the latest-generation appliances. From the kitchen, we have direct access to a pantry, where on one side is the washing machine, and on the other, a small storage cabinet. Between the pantry and the kitchen, there is a small guest bathroom with toilet and washbasin.

From the side of the kitchen, stairs lead us to the upper floor.

On the upper floor, we have the main bedroom. The room features a double bed, a built-in wardrobe, and bedside tables. From the bedroom, we have access to the balcony, which offers beautiful sea views. There is also a small wooden staircase leading to a rooftop solarium with sun loungers, perfect for enjoying the island’s views and weather.

The upstairs bathroom is modern and fully equipped with toilet, washbasin, and shower tray.

The complex features garden areas, two swimming pools, a children’s pool, and a reception area.

Pets are not allowed.
The rental price is €1,300.00. Internet included. Water and electricity expenses are included up to a maximum of €50.00 per month (combined water and electricity).

Conditions: Demonstrable economic solvency is required. One-month deposit, current month’s rent, and one month as professional agency fee + 7% IGIC.
