In the surroundings of the complex, you will find services such as several supermarkets, El Tablero shopping centre, pharmacies, sports centres, public transport, medical centres, leisure centres, among others.

The duplex is spacious and bright, with exterior-facing windows, and stands out for its L-shaped private garden of approximately 50 m².

On the ground floor, there is a private garden, a living room with kitchen, and a small storage room. On the upper floor, there is a bedroom with balcony and a bathroom.

The duplex is fully furnished and ready to move into.

Upon entering the plot, we find a large L-shaped garden. The garden consists of natural grass, where on one side we have the sun lounger area and a small cupboard where the washing machine is located. On the other side, there is a free and spacious area where the barbecue is located.
