The apartment is ideally located for your stay on the island; it’s situated in Ibiza’s historic center, which is full of supermarkets, shops, bars, and ATMs, and is about 200 meters from the taxi stand and ferry terminals—including those for Formentera.

Rental terms
Rentals are available to individuals with a valid lease agreement or proof of financial stability.
Water and electricity are billed separately. Final cleaning fee: €120. Wi-Fi is included in the price.
To move in, you must pay the equivalent of 3 months’ worth of payments: 1 month’s rent, 1 month’s security deposit, and 1 month’s agency fee (+ VAT).
According to the Urban Lease Law, it is legal to charge the tenant an agency fee for leases that are not annual, provided that such fees may be charged for temporary residential rentals (not vacation rentals), as is the case here.
The property is fully furnished and equipped.
