The property is located in the La Montaña – Rosiana neighborhood, just 12 minutes by car from the town of Santa Lucía and 45 minutes from the coast (Vecindario).

The home has two bedrooms, a living room with a comfortable chaise-longue, a flat-screen TV, and a wood-burning fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, ceramic hob, extractor hood, refrigerator with a large freezer), a bathroom with a walk-in shower, and a large terrace with fantastic views of the Barranco de Tirajana. To access the kitchen and the bathroom, you pass through the semi-covered terrace with a beautiful wooden pergola and tiled roof, in the style of the old Canarian farmhouses. The main entrance is through the terrace, which also features a built-in stone barbecue. The living room and one of the bedrooms have air conditioning.

On the upper level, attached to the house, there is a large multi-purpose room with a washing machine and dryer, which can be used as a gym, office, storage room, or something else. In front of this room there is a covered parking space.

The house is rented furnished and has two double beds of 1.35 x 1.90 m, one of which is located in a loft within the smaller bedroom.

The tenant can enjoy a flat plot of land with an irrigation system, ideal for growing vegetables. The property also offers a large solarium with artificial grass, a prefabricated swimming pool, and sun loungers to relax and soak up the sun.

There is fiber-optic internet connection, and a small and well-behaved pet is allowed.

Access to the property is direct, with most of the route on paved road. It is located in a quiet and tucked-away setting, about 10 minutes by car from the main road GC-65. The property also has several parking spaces available in case of visits.

Conditions: two monthly payments are required to formalize the reservation (one month’s deposit and the first month’s rent). The rental price does not include water, electricity, and internet expenses.
