- Articles of incorporation and company NIF.
- Corporate Tax, Models 190 and 390.
- Certificates of up-to-date payments (Tax Office and Social Security).
- ID of the Representative.

Salaried employees:

- ID.
- Employment contract and last 3 payslips.
- Last income tax return.
- Updated employment history report.

Self-employed:

- ID
- Last Tax Return.
- Models 303 and 130 (current year).
- Updated employment history report.

New business:

- ID.
- Proof of solvency (bank statement, guarantees, unemployment benefits capitalized, etc.).

Contract terms

Duration:
- 5 years (negotiable).

Price:
900 €/month + VAT.

At signing:

- 1 current month.
- 3 months’ security deposit.
- 10% of one year + VAT (agency fees).
- €100 utility deposit.

Visits

- Monday to Friday from 10:00 to 13:30
- Outside these hours will be according to the availability of the salesperson
