Upon entering, a hall gives a warm welcome. To the left, there is a practical laundry or storage room, followed by a modern bathroom equipped with a vanity unit with storage, toilet, and a spacious shower tray.

The heart of the home is a bright open space that integrates the bedroom, living-dining area, and kitchen.

A large window provides plenty of natural light and ventilation. The sleeping area includes a 1.50 m double bed, a large built-in wardrobe with sections and drawers, and a wall-mounted swivel TV visible both from the bed and from the sofa.

The living room is furnished with a round wooden dining table with chairs, a spacious area to enjoy meals, a chaise-longue sofa convertible into a bed, and a coffee table. The property also offers an additional mattress topper for greater comfort.

The modern and fully equipped kitchen includes an oven, wide ceramic hob, microwave, dishwasher, and refrigerator. In addition, the studio has a portable air conditioning unit.
