This 3-bedroom, 1-bathroom bungalow is located in a quiet urbanization in an ideal location to spend your holiday in Moraira.

There is a large international supermarket and a Spanish supermarket just 1 km away. The closest beach is Cala Baladrar at 2.1 km away (by car). The closest sandy beach is Moraira's main beach, called L'Ampolla. It is a safe walk and takes about 35 - 45 minutes. On the way you will pass several pebble beaches and many bars and restaurants.

When you enter the house you will find a double bedroom with built-in wardrobes, air conditioning and mosquito nets. After a few steps up you reach the main floor where you will find the living room, dining area, kitchen and the balcony with a comfortable place to relax and enjoy the sun. If you want some shade, you can pull out the sun awning. On the lower floor (a total of 15 steps) you will find another double bedroom and a bedroom with bunk beds and an covered terrace. On this level you will also find the bathroom with a double sink, shower and toilet. Behind the bathroom is a space where the washing machine and an extra fridge are located. In total you can enjoy the sun on 3 different levels, because you can walk down to the lowest level where you can lie on the available sun loungers.

The large communal swimming pool is only a 2-minute walk away. The area is secured with access gates and there is a separate section for young children.
