Rental conditions
The apartment is rented to individuals with a contract or verifiable income.
To access the apartment, you must pay the equivalent of 3 months' rent, which corresponds to: 1 month's rent, 1 month's security deposit, and (1 month's agency fee + VAT).
According to the Urban Leases Law, it is legal to charge the tenant an agency fee for rentals that are not annual. This fee is also permitted for temporary residential rentals, excluding vacation rentals, as is the case here.
Water, electricity, and Wi-Fi are paid separately.
