It is rented to people with a permanent job with a salary or proven solvency. To enter the flat, you must provide the amount of 3 monthly payments, which correspond to: 1 month's rent, 1 month's statutory deposit, and (1 month's agency fee + VAT). Water, electricity, and WiFi are paid separately.

To arrange a viewing, you must provide the following information in writing: who will be living in the flat, number of adults, children, and whether there are pets (how many and what kind). Also include their occupation (annual job with payslip, or self-employed). This information is needed so the owner can confirm the appointment to view the property.
