* Ground floor: living room - kitchen (with sofa bed, 4-burner ceramic hob, oven, microwave, large refrigerator and washing machine)
* Upper floor: bathroom with shower and a bedroom with a double bed, with access to a second additional room.

Outside - you can enjoy a pleasant terrace on the ground floor, with a small private pool and an outdoor shower.

The rental price includes weekly pool cleaning.
Internet is included in the rental price.
A final cleaning fee of 100 euros is required (non-refundable).

* To reserve the property, an initial payment of one month's rent as a security deposit is required (to be returned within the legally established timeframe, after the property has been handed over to the owner, provided that its condition is the same as when it was handed over to the tenant and that the terms of the rental agreement are met).
