For your stay on the island, a seasonal rental apartment is available in Puerto Rico (Gran Canaria). This popular tourist destination is located on the south coast of the island, between Arguineguín and “Little Venice”, Puerto de Mogán.

The apartment in the Monte Paraíso complex offers an open-plan living area with a sofa and flat-screen TV, a dining area, and a compact kitchen equipped with (with a microwave and separate fridge).

The double bedroom, in soft colors, ensures peaceful nights of rest. A built-in wardrobe and air conditioning provide additional comfort. There is also a bathroom with a shower. It also has a washing machine.

Highlights: the terrace. It’s the ideal place to start the day with breakfast outdoors or to enjoy a romantic evening with a glass of wine.

After soaking up the sun, on warm days, the communal pool promises refreshing moments.

In front of the Monte Paraíso complex is the Europa shopping centre. There are supermarkets nearby, as well as services such as car rentals, bus stops, and taxis.

In Puerto Rico you won’t get bored. During the day, you can go on boat trips, enjoy water sports, and do sightseeing. In the evening, restaurants serving regional and international dishes, pubs with live music, and terrace bars attract visitors.

The beach in Puerto Rico or the marina can be reached in 20 minutes on foot. The fantastic beach of Amadores is about 2.5 km away. Other tourist destinations such as Meloneras, the Maspalomas Dunes, or Playa del Inglés can be reached by motorway in just 15 minutes.

Visits cannot be arranged because the property is occupied.

Conditions:
- 1st month’s rent + 1 monthly payment as a security deposit + 1 monthly payment (+ 7% Igic) agency fees
