The apartment in the Monte Paraíso complex offers an open living area with a sofa and flat-screen TV, a dining area, and a compact equipped kitchen (microwave and separate fridge).

The double bedroom, in soft colors, ensures peaceful nights of rest. A built-in wardrobe and air conditioning provide extra comfort. In addition, there is a bathroom with a shower. It also has a washing machine.

Highlight: the terrace. It is the ideal place to start the day with breakfast outdoors or to enjoy a romantic evening with a glass of wine.

After sunbathing, on hot days, the communal pool promises refreshing moments.

In front of the Monte Paraíso complex is the Europa shopping center. Supermarkets such as Hiperdino and Mercadona are nearby, and car rentals, bus stops, and taxis are also in the area.

In Puerto Rico there is no shortage of activities. During the day you can take boat trips, water sports, sightseeing, etc. In the evening, restaurants with regional and international dishes, fast-food chains, pubs with live music, and terraces attract visitors.

The beach of Puerto Rico or the marina is a 20-minute walk away. The fantastic Amadores beach is about 2.5 km away. Other destinations such as Meloneras, Maspalomas Dunes, or Playa del Inglés are reachable by highway in only 15 minutes.
