For your stay on the island, an apartment is being offered exclusively for rent in Puerto Rico. This popular tourist destination is located on the southern coast of the island, between Arguineguín and romantic “Little Venice”, Puerto de Mogán.

The apartment in the Monte Paraíso complex offers an open-plan living area with a sofa and flat-screen TV, a dining area and a compact equipped kitchen (with microwave and separate refrigerator).

The double bedroom, decorated in soft colors, ensures peaceful nights’ sleep. A built-in wardrobe and air conditioning provide additional comfort. There is also a bathroom with a shower. A washing machine is also available.

The highlight: the terrace. It is the ideal place to start the day with breakfast outdoors or to enjoy a romantic evening with a glass of wine.

After sunbathing on hot days, the communal pool promises refreshing moments.

The Europa shopping center is located opposite the Monte Paraíso complex. Supermarkets such as Hiperdino and Mercadona are nearby, as well as car rental agencies, bus stops and taxis.

There is no shortage of things to do in Puerto Rico. During the day, you can enjoy boat trips, water sports, sightseeing and more. In the evening, restaurants serving regional and international dishes, fast-food chains, pubs with live music and terrace bars attract visitors.

Puerto Rico beach and the marina can be reached within a 20-minute walk. The fantastic Amadores beach is approximately 2.5 km away. Other tourist destinations such as Meloneras, the Maspalomas Dunes and Playa del Inglés can be reached via the motorway in just 15 minutes.

Viewings cannot be conducted while the property is occupied.

Winter price: 1,250 euros/month
Electricity, water and internet are included in the rental price.

Proof of financial solvency is required.
