This popular tourist destination is on the island’s south coast, between Arguineguín and romantic “Little Venice”, Puerto de Mogán.

The apartment in the Monte Paraíso complex offers an open-plan living area with a sofa and flat-screen TV, a dining area and a compact, equipped kitchen (with a microwave and a separate fridge).

The double bedroom, decorated in soft colours, ensures peaceful nights. A built-in wardrobe and air conditioning provide extra comfort. There is also a bathroom with a shower, as well as a washing machine.

The highlight: the terrace. It’s the perfect place to start the day with breakfast outdoors or enjoy a romantic evening with a glass of wine.

After soaking up the sun on hot days, the communal swimming pool offers a refreshing retreat.

The Europa shopping centre is opposite the Monte Paraíso complex. Supermarkets such as Hiperdino and Mercadona are nearby, as are car rental agencies, bus stops and taxi stands.

There’s no shortage of things to do in Puerto Rico. During the day, you can enjoy boat trips, water sports, sightseeing and more. In the evening, visitors are drawn to restaurants serving regional and international dishes, fast-food chains, pubs with live music and bars with terraces.

Puerto Rico beach and the marina are a 20-minute walk away. The fantastic Amadores beach is about 2.5 km away. Other tourist destinations, such as Meloneras, the Maspalomas Dunes and Playa del Inglés, are just 15 minutes away by motorway.
