Upon entering the apartment we find the living-dining room, a comfortable and well-distributed space, equipped with a dining table and four chairs, a chaise longue sofa bed convertible into a double bed, a flat-screen television and a ceiling fan.

From the living-dining room you access, via four small steps, the kitchen, of an attractive light green tone, with a breakfast bar and two stools. It is equipped with a four-burner ceramic hob, electric oven, 1.85 m tall refrigerator-freezer, 7 kg washing machine and smoke extractor.

The apartment also has a bedroom with a double bed and a mattress 1.60 x 2.00 m, as well as a large four-door wardrobe with full-length mirrors. The bathroom is located opposite the bedroom and features a walk-in shower, sink and toilet. Fully equipped and in white tones, it offers a modern, clean and well-cared-for image.

The home does not have air conditioning, although it has two modern and powerful fans, located in the bedroom and in the living room. The apartment has independent access.

In the surroundings you will find all kinds of services. Regarding parking, there are numerous public parking spaces nearby. It is possible to arrive by car up to the door to unload groceries or facilitate access for people with reduced mobility, although the vehicle must subsequently be parked in a nearby space.

The rental includes water, electricity (with a limit of 70 € per month for electricity) and internet. The home has fiber optic connection.

To reserve the apartment or complete the check-in, for stays of up to four months (until June 15 as the deadline), it will be necessary to pay one month’s deposit, the first month’s rent and one month’s fee corresponding to the real estate intermediary fees.

The apartment will be available from February 8.
