This is a ground-floor apartment, located right on the seafront promenade, with a pleasant front porch. It is a spacious home, with high ceilings and very bright, thanks to its large floor-to-ceiling windows with black aluminum frames, facing south.

Upon entering the apartment, you will find the living-dining room, a comfortable, well-distributed space, equipped with a dining table and four chairs, a chaise longue-style sofa bed that converts into a double bed, a flat-screen TV, and a ceiling fan.

From the living-dining room, you access the kitchen via four small steps. The kitchen has an attractive light green tone and features an American-style breakfast bar with two stools. It is equipped with a four-burner ceramic glass cooktop, an electric oven, a 1.85 m tall fridge-freezer, a 7 kg washing machine, and a cooker hood.

The apartment also has a bedroom with a double bed and a 1.60 x 2.00 m mattress, as well as a large four-door wardrobe with full-length mirrors. The bathroom is located in front of the bedroom and has a walk-in shower, a sink, and a toilet. Fully equipped and in white tones, it offers a modern, clean, and very well-kept look.

The home does not have air conditioning, although it has two modern and powerful fans, located in the bedroom and in the living room. The apartment has a separate entrance.

In the surrounding area you will find all kinds of services. As for parking, there are numerous public parking spaces nearby. It is possible to drive right up to the door to drop off purchases or make access easier for people with reduced mobility; however, the vehicle will then need to be parked in a nearby parking space.

The rent includes the costs of water and electricity, with a cap of €70 per month for electricity, as well as internet. The home has fiber-optic connection.

To reserve the apartment or formalize check-in, it will be necessary to pay two months as a security deposit, the first month’s rent, and one month corresponding to real-estate intermediation fees.
