The property is located just outside the ancient Moorish village of Almogia and half an hour away from Malaga airport.

It has its own private entrance and parking. Independent and spacious. The accommodation is fully furnished and kitchen is well equipped.

Almogia's surroundings are perfect for a relaxing working holiday. Great wifi included.

Magnificent landscapes attract photography enthusiasts, those who love walking and exploring nature on foot, bird watchers, active people, and artists in need of inspiration. A car is recommended but not essential.

This property has its own fenced garden. Swimming pool and pool terraces are shared. No paying guests or parties are allowed in the property.

There are 3 cats that run free around our two acres property. They may come and visit. Please do not feed them because I like to keep their feeding space away from the rental areas and please don't let them enter the apartment.

There is also a friendly dog living in the property. He most likely stays with me but he may come and say hello to you. Free use of mountain bike subject to availability from other guests.

You enter the estate through a gate and park your car just outside your fenced area.

There is a bus stop 700 metres away.

Electricity is charged at 0.26 per KWH. Gas bottles are sold nearby, wifi and water are included.

This rental is subject to a seasonal lease contract for use other than your usual residential address.

Rental cost starts from €650 to €850 per month (30 days) depending on length, number of people and season. Minimum 1 month maximum 11 months let.

Swimming pool is solar heated. It does a good job in middle season keeping temperature over 18° but it doesn't really heat the water in winter when only a few hours of sun.
