We present a charming semi-detached mini-cottage, incredibly well designed and equipped, where bathroom, kitchen, living room, and bedroom share one perfectly utilized space. Right in front of the dwelling there is a small outdoor corner ideal for a coffee, and just 10 meters away a beautiful private fenced garden opens up, with a pool and an outdoor kitchen. A beautiful, romantic, and natural space, prepared with taste and a lot of care… undoubtedly a mini-paradise hard to find.

The property is hidden in the neighborhood known as La Montaña, surrounded by pure nature and, as its name indicates, among mountains. Nevertheless, it has some nearby neighbors and is very close to the Rosiana neighborhood and the town of Santa Lucía de Tirajana. From the house it takes about 15 minutes by car to the town of Santa Lucía and about 45 minutes to Vecindario and the coast.

There is no bus line that arrives directly to the property; however, walking about 10 minutes along a path, you reach a Global 34 line stop.

Access to the dwelling is through a beautiful white aluminum-framed glass sliding door. The bathroom is accessed through a white wooden sliding door with translucent glass and features a shower with a tray and curtain, elegant gold-colored fittings, a toilet, sink, and mirror. For long stays, additional shelves will be added.

The cottage has air conditioning (cool/heat) and a flat roof, particularly well insulated, ensuring comfort all year round.

In the immediate exterior there is a wooden bench and, right in front, a charming corner under a flamboyant tree and surrounded by plants, with a small table and two wooden chairs, perfect for breakfast or enjoying a coffee outdoors.

The true romantic heart of the property is in the garden, located about 10 meters from the house and accessible by descending a few steps. Fully fenced and private, this space impresses with its beauty and atmosphere: an ancient olive tree presides over the set, accompanied by a pool measuring 3.10 x 2 meters and 1.20 meters deep, ideal for cooling off in summer. The garden also offers a long table with four wicker chairs and a wooden bench for outdoor meals, two wooden hammocks with comfortable cushions, a solar shower, a built-in barbecue, and a full outdoor kitchen under a pergola, equipped with an electric stove, fridge with freezer, hob, and sink. All of it sits on well-tended surfaces of paving stones, pebbles, and decorative tiles, adorned with old stone feeders repurposed as planters with geraniums and other plants, and bounded by wrought-iron rails and wicker fencing. From here you can also enjoy beautiful views of the mountains and the four palm trees that decorate one of its corners.

A garden of approximately 80 m², full of romance and with a truly special rural atmosphere, difficult to find in a property of these characteristics.
