The property is available now for a minimum stay of 3 months and a maximum of 6 months. It can accommodate up to 2 people or a family of 2 adults plus children. No pets allowed. Utilities are not included in the price. One parking space is included.

The apartment features a cozy private terrace, a living room, a modern and fully equipped kitchen, a utility room, and a guest toilet. The upper floor has a balcony with mountain views, two bedrooms, and a full bathroom. The property has been recently renovated.

It is conveniently located near amenities such as a Mercadona supermarket, taxi rank, shops, a shopping center, a school, a gas station, and is a short drive from the beach.

Property Viewings: All those interested in viewing the property must present a valid form of identification, such as a national identity card, foreign resident card, or passport, before the visit. They will also be required to sign a visitor log upon entering the property.

To reserve the property, an initial payment of one month's rent as a security deposit is required (refundable within the legally established timeframe, after the property has been returned to the owner, provided it is in the same condition as when it was handed over to the tenant and the terms of the rental agreement are met).

Law 12/2023, of May 24, on the right to housing, was approved by the Congress on April 27, 2023, and by the Senate on May 18, 2023. This regulation DOES NOT APPLY to lease agreements for uses other than housing, such as commercial premises, nor to seasonal lease agreements. In these cases, the tenant is responsible for paying the agency fees, along with the corresponding IGIC (Canary Islands General Indirect Tax).
