Property Viewings: All those interested in viewing the property must present a valid form of identification, such as a national identity card, foreign resident card, or passport, before the visit. They will also be required to sign a visitor log upon entering the property.
To reserve the property, an initial payment of one month's rent as a security deposit is required (refundable within the legally established timeframe, after the property has been returned to the owner, provided it is in the same condition as when it was handed over to the tenant and the terms of the rental agreement are met).
Law 12/2023, of May 24, on the right to housing, was approved by the Congress on April 27, 2023, and by the Senate on May 18, 2023.
