- 2027: January 10,000 €, February 10,000 €

Minimum stay: 31 days.

Agency fee: 20% plus VAT.

To arrange a viewing, provide the following information for owner approval:
- Who would live in the property
- Number of adults and children
- Pets: how many and what type
- Employment details for each adult
- Approximate monthly income and supporting documents

To move in, you must pay an amount equal to 2.5 months’ rent, corresponding to: 1 month’s rent, 1 month legal deposit, and half a month agency fee (+ VAT).

Electricity is billed separately.
