Located at km 14 of La Manga, this apartment, situated in a development right on the Mediterranean Sea, has three bedrooms and two bathrooms, one with a bathtub and the other with a walk-in shower.

It has a spacious living room, very bright, with access to a terrace with views.

Separate, fully equipped kitchen, with an oven, dishwasher, and all the necessary appliances.

The apartment has air conditioning and WiFi.

The development is not only right on the Mediterranean Sea; it also offers a large communal area with a swimming pool (open from Easter week until October 31, 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. and 5 p.m. to 10 p.m.) and a paddle tennis court.

Although parking is not an issue in the area, the apartment has its own private space in the development’s underground garage.

Location:

The development, Las Palmeras, is located at km 14, right on the Mar Mediterráneo and just 50 meters from the Mar Menor. It has a communal swimming pool and a paddle tennis court.

About 50 meters away there is a large supermarket (Spar) and in the area there are plenty of bars, restaurants, and supermarkets.

It is about a 10–15 minute walk from Puerto de Tomás Maestre, where there are many restaurants, bars, shops, and a large supermarket (Supercor), next to which there is a local market on Saturday mornings.

Also, in this same Tomás Maestre area there is a sports complex with tennis, paddle tennis, and futbito courts, plus very complete indoor facilities, such as a large gym with sea views. Anyone can buy a pass for the use and enjoyment of the courts and for attending the different classes offered, such as Zumba, Pilates, or Strength Training (Musculación).

It offers the option of a flexible rate, with a 10% surcharge, with the possibility of cancellation up to 5 days before arrival. Rate available from September to June, inclusive. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment.
