The duplex is modern, is fully furnished, has been recently renovated, and is ready to move into. It is very bright, with windows to the exterior, and its terrace and the spaciousness of the interior stand out. Likewise, from the upper floor, panoramic views of the Atlantic Ocean can be enjoyed.

The property is distributed over two floors. Ground floor: We have a terrace (approximately 12 m²), a living room, a kitchen, and a toilet with washing machine. Upper floor: The bedroom, a small study room, and the bathroom are located.

As soon as we enter the property, we find a spacious terrace, which has artificial grass and outdoor furniture, where you can fully enjoy this private outdoor space.

Once inside the property, we find a small space used as an entrance hall, where there is a wardrobe with drawers for storage and a large refrigerator, located next to the kitchen, which is on the right-hand side independently. It is a fully furnished and equipped kitchen with all appliances (including dishwasher). From the kitchen, we have access to a small toilet, where the washing machine is also located. From the entrance hall, directly in front, the living room is located; at the back we find a comfortable chaise longue sofa bed with a small coffee table. On the left-hand side, there are pieces of furniture with shelves and drawers, and on the right-hand side, the television is built into the wall. From the living room, in a corner on the right, there is the staircase that connects to the upper floor.

On the second floor, the bedroom and the bathroom are located. The bedroom has a large double bed, bedside tables, and a built-in wardrobe. The layout of this bedroom is different from usual, as from it there is access to an additional room that can be used as an office, study, or even as a guest room, as it has a sofa bed. This space has large windows that provide great brightness to the entire area, including the bedroom. Likewise, from this space, there is access via stairs to a small area with a sloped ceiling, ideal for storage. The bathroom is modern and has a shower tray (double shower), toilet, and sink, finished and decorated with great care.
