Minimum stay between October and May is 2 nights at €120 per night.

Minimum stay in June is 5 nights at €120 per night.

Minimum stay in July and August is 14 nights at €145 per night for the first half of July and the second half of August, and €150 for the second half of July and the first half of August.

The urbanization, Los Miradores del Puerto, at km 14, has a large communal area with a garden, paddle court, and swimming pool. The pool opens in April 2023, closing dates to be confirmed.

It is about a 10-15 minute walk from the Port of Tomás Maestre, where there are many restaurants, bars, shops, and a large supermarket next to which a local market takes place on Saturday mornings.

Additionally, in this same area of Tomás Maestre, there is a sports center with tennis, paddle, and futsal courts, as well as very complete indoor facilities, including a large gym with sea views, where anyone can purchase a pass for the use and enjoyment of the courts and attendance at various classes offered, such as Zumba, Pilates, Weight Training...
