The apartment is very spacious and features a separate kitchen with a utility area and a very large living-dining room.

It has two bedrooms: the main bedroom has a double bed, and the second bedroom has two single beds. Both have sea views. The apartment has two full bathrooms with bathtubs, one of them en suite. All rooms, including the kitchen, living room and bedrooms, have access to a huge terrace with sea views.

The apartment is on the ground floor, and its proximity to the sea makes it a peaceful place to enjoy the good weather and tranquillity.

The apartment has Wi-Fi and air conditioning units in the living room and bedrooms.

Monthly rental: €1,200 per month from October to March.

Location:

The Los Miradores del Puerto complex, at kilometre 14, has a large communal area with a garden, paddle tennis court and swimming pool. The pool is open all year round. (Please confirm whether there have been any last-minute changes.)

There is a large supermarket (Spar) about 50 metres away, and the area has plenty of bars, restaurants, supermarkets and more.

It is about a 10–15-minute walk from the Puerto de Tomás Maestre, where there are plenty of restaurants, bars, shops and a large supermarket (Supercor). A local market is held next to the supermarket on Saturday mornings.

Also in this area of Tomás Maestre is a sports centre with tennis, paddle tennis and five-a-side football courts, as well as excellent indoor facilities, including a large gym with sea views. Anyone can purchase a pass to use the courts and attend the various classes on offer, such as Zumba, Pilates and weight training.

Pets are not allowed.

Smoking inside the apartment is strictly prohibited.

Arrivals between 9 p.m. and midnight must be confirmed before booking and incur an additional fee of €30.
