There is also the option to rent a parking space (at the entrance of the complex) for an additional €50 per month.

To reserve the property, an initial payment of one month’s deposit is required (to be returned within the legal timeframe after the property has been handed back to the owner, provided that its condition is the same as at the time of delivery to the tenant and that the terms of the rental contract have been fulfilled).
