Highlights: the large 20 m2 terrace (with a pergola), located in front of the living room and the bedroom, letting in plenty of light. From here, you can enjoy impressive views of the Atlantic and the entire Playa del Cura bay.

Mogán Mall, as well as other shopping and leisure centers, are located in Puerto Rico, about 4 km away. The popular “Little Venice,” Puerto de Mogán, is about 10 km away.

Proof of financial solvency is required. No pets are allowed and smoking is not permitted.

Rental price: 1,000 euros/month (includes electricity, water, and internet).

Conditions:
1 month’s rent + 1 monthly payment as a security deposit + 1 monthly payment (+7 % IGIC) for agency fees.
