Sitges Spaces Oasis Penthouse is a beautiful 3-bedroom / 2-bathroom penthouse located in the residential area of Oasis, right in the center of Sitges. It has a privileged location surrounded by local shops, restaurants, cafés, etc. Everything is just a step away from the home, while at the same time being protected from the noisier and busier areas.

The building has a comfortable elevator that takes you up to the penthouse on the fifth floor. As soon as you open the door, you will enjoy the cozy natural light that fills the apartment throughout the day thanks to its south-facing orientation, with some views of the sea. In the center of Sitges this is especially important, since only south-facing apartments can enjoy natural light throughout the whole day.

The penthouse is designed with an open-plan living room/dining room/kitchen that provides plenty of space to move around comfortably even with larger groups. The home has been recently renovated and offers elegant, modern, and harmonious décor. It has 3 double bedrooms (one with a 160 cm bed and the other two bedrooms with 2 single beds). The 3 bedrooms are equipped with built-in wardrobes that allow convenient access to your clothes throughout your stay. In the living room, there is a sofa bed to accommodate two more people, allowing the property to host up to 8 people. There are also 2 spacious, modern bathrooms with large, easily accessible shower trays from all the rooms.

One of the most attractive features of the penthouse is the south-facing terrace, which offers beautiful panoramic views of Sitges’ skyline along with some sea views. A perfect setting for outdoor dining and relaxing!

The kitchen is spacious and well equipped with all modern appliances and all the kitchen utensils needed to prepare meals during your stay. Right next to the kitchen, there is a laundry room with a washing machine.

The penthouse also has access to a community swimming pool for neighbors’ use only, and there is a covered parking space available for a small additional fee.

The price does not include utilities (water, electricity, and gas) or mandatory cleaning of 150 €.
