It offers 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, and therefore an ideal space for families or groups of friends/colleagues who need generous room to get together. The feeling when you enter the home is one of complete calm and tranquility, mainly due to the natural light coming in through the many windows, along with the natural vegetation that surrounds the property, creating a perfect harmony with the natural surroundings. Even though it’s next to the beach, it feels like you’re surrounded by a forest, with all the calm and freshness it conveys!

All areas of the home are perfectly proportioned. The living/dining room is the space where everyone can gather in a comfortable, spacious setting, next to a large terrace of about 20 m2 that is perfect for eating/dining (making use of its barbecue) or having a drink while enjoying the nature around you, which creates a feeling of total relaxation. And when it’s time to enjoy the beach, nothing beats knowing that in just a few steps from the house you can enjoy the best beaches in Sitges—without any logistical worries about where to park, etc., because everything is right next to you!

The sleeping layout offers a bedroom with a double bed (150 cm) with direct access to the terrace, which in turn offers nice views of the bedroom. On the other hand, there are three more bedrooms (one of them with two single beds, and the other two with one single bed each). In addition, there is a comfortable sofa bed in the living room where two more people can sleep, bringing the total capacity to 8 people (6 in the bedrooms and 2 on the sofa bed). There are also two spacious bathrooms with showers, and a separate, fully equipped kitchen.

The apartment is fully equipped with central air conditioning via ducts and heating with natural gas radiators.
