It offers 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, and therefore an ideal space for families or groups of friends/colleagues who need generous space to enjoy time together. The feeling when you enter the home is one of complete peace and quiet, mainly due to the natural light coming in through the many windows, along with the natural vegetation surrounding the property, creating a perfect harmony with the natural environment. Despite being right next to the beach, it feels as though you’re surrounded by a forest, with all the tranquility and coolness it conveys.

All areas of the home are in perfect proportion, with the living/dining room as the space to bring everyone together in a comfortable, spacious setting next to a large terrace of around 20 m2 that is perfect for eating/dining (taking advantage of its barbecue) or having a drink while enjoying the nature around you, which conveys a feeling of total relaxation. And when it’s time to enjoy the beach, nothing is better than knowing that just a few steps from the house you can enjoy some of the best beaches in Sitges, without worrying about logistical details like where to park, etc., because everything is nearby.

The sleeping layout includes a bedroom with a double bed (150 cm) with direct access to the terrace, which in turn offers lovely views of the bedroom. On the other hand, there are three more bedrooms (one of them with two single beds, and the other two with one single bed each). In addition, there is a comfortable sofa bed in the living room where two more people can sleep, bringing the total capacity to 8 people (6 in the bedrooms and 2 on the sofa bed). There are also two spacious bathrooms with showers, and a separate, fully equipped kitchen.

The apartment is fully equipped with centralized air conditioning via ducts and heating with natural gas radiators.
