The rent stated does not include the pass-through costs/charges to be borne by the tenant, which are broken down as estimates or with the possibility of calculating them:

- Pass-through charges payable by the tenant (renter), not included in the rent:

- Rent review: the I.R.A.V. is published monthly and the review will be annual in accordance with the applicable official index.
