Costs payable by the tenant, not included in the rent:
- Legal deposit under LAU: one monthly payment for a home or two monthly payments for the rest of the properties.
- Rent review: the INE will publish the IRAV (Housing Rental Reference Index) monthly. The review will be annual in accordance with the applicable official index.
- Payment method and frequency: monthly.
