This cozy, brand-new apartment is located in a quiet, family-friendly building with only eight neighbors. It is on the ground floor, facing a pedestrian street (there is occasional vehicle traffic, but parking is not allowed).

We enter the living-dining room and open kitchen, which is fully equipped with a dishwasher, oven, and large refrigerator. The living-dining room is designed in light tones, with a large sofa, TV, fast Internet connection, and a window overlooking an authentic pedestrian street in Los Boliches.

It has two double bedrooms: the master bedroom, with a 150 cm double bed, large built-in wardrobe, and access to a small patio where you can hang your clothes and store your belongings. The second bedroom also has a 135 cm double bed and a window overlooking the interior patio.

It has a fully equipped bathroom with a shower.

There is low-energy central air conditioning with heating and cooling. The entire apartment is very well equipped and has a contemporary design.

Ideal for enjoying a comfortable stay this winter in an authentic setting, with everything you need close at hand and a location that allows you to walk anywhere in Los Boliches.

Parking is not included. Parking is available in the surrounding streets.

Pets are not allowed. Smoking is prohibited inside the property.

We are looking for: a solvent tenant with demonstrable income and references for good neighborliness and payment. It is designed for a maximum of two/three people.

As this is a non-habitual rental, our agency fees correspond to 10% plus VAT of the total rental period.

Internet is included in the rental price. Electricity and water supplies are paid separately.
