It is furnished with a double bed with storage base, bedside tables, and a chest of drawers. The built-in wardrobe is located in the central hallway of the property.

The second room on the left is the fully equipped kitchen, very spacious and featuring a dining area with a table and chairs for up to 8 people, perfect for family gatherings or entertaining friends. The kitchen cabinets provide ample storage space and it is equipped with a 4-burner ceramic hob, oven, microwave, small dishwasher, and fridge-freezer. Additionally, there is an extra cabinet for crockery located between the door and the window. The kitchen has a window overlooking the building’s interior courtyard.
