Upon entering the apartment, we find to the right the fantastic bathroom, equipped with a spacious shower tray, toilet, and a vanity unit with two large drawers and a big mirror.

The second room is the bedroom, furnished with a wide bed, bedside table, a small desk, and a built-in wardrobe. The bedroom has direct access to the terrace, which provides it with natural light and ventilation.

The central space of the apartment is the living room–kitchen area. The kitchen, with a modern design and open-plan concept, features an American-style bar that visually separates both areas and also serves as a dining space. It is equipped with a fridge, microwave, ceramic hob, and renovated furniture in cheerful green tones, as well as some walls, adding brightness and vibrancy to the property. Additionally, it includes full kitchenware for daily use.

The living room has a spacious sofa, from which you can comfortably enjoy movies, series, or TV shows. The TV is wall-mounted directly opposite the sofa. The room also includes an additional puff and a wooden-toned coffee table. From the living room, there is access to the fantastic terrace, which visually expands the interior space, bringing more light, spaciousness, and freshness to the whole apartment.
