It enjoys an excellent location close to the GC-1 motorway and all essential amenities, including a medical centre, shopping centres, supermarkets, restaurants, and more.

The apartment is on the first floor of a building without a lift. It is spacious, bright, fully furnished, and ready to move into. The property consists of two bedrooms, a living room, kitchen, utility room, and terrace.

As you enter, you are welcomed by the living-dining room. From this space, there is access to both bedrooms and the bathroom.

To the right, the living room has a side table and a sofa, and opposite, a chest of drawers with a television. From the living room, there is direct access to the terrace: a spacious outdoor area with a round table and chairs, overlooking the communal swimming pool and with partial sea views from the side.
