This spacious, bright apartment is located in San Agustín, just a few metres from Playa de Las Burras and Playa de El Veril, and only a short distance from Playa del Inglés. It enjoys an excellent location close to the GC-1 motorway and all essential amenities, including a medical centre, shopping centres, supermarkets, restaurants, and more.

The apartment is on the first floor of a building without a lift. It is fully furnished and ready to move into. The property consists of two bedrooms, a living room, kitchen, utility room, and terrace.

On entering, you are welcomed by the living-dining room, with access to both bedrooms and the bathroom.

The living room has a side table and sofa, and opposite it there is a chest of drawers with a television. From the living room there is direct access to the terrace: a spacious outdoor area with a round table and chairs, overlooking the communal swimming pool and with partial sea views from the side. It is a great place for meals and family gatherings.

To the left of the entrance there is a small dining area for four people, furnished with a modern round table and four chairs. A sliding wooden window connects the dining area with the kitchen, allowing it to be left open or closed according to preference.
