This apartment is located just a short walk from San Agustín Beach and close to Las Burras Beach, as well as all amenities: shopping centre, supermarkets, restaurants, sports centres, medical centre, and public transport services, among others.
The apartment is spacious and bright and is located on the ground floor of a well-maintained complex. Its layout is as follows: living room-kitchen area, two bedrooms, one bathroom, and two terraces — a front terrace (with access from inside the complex) and a rear terrace (with direct access from the street).
Entering the property from inside the complex, we access it through the front terrace. This terrace, overlooking the communal swimming pool, is spacious and includes a dining area ideal for enjoying outdoor meals. Upon entering the property, we find the living room, where on the left-hand side there is a corner sofa with a coffee table in the centre. After the wardrobe, on the right-hand side, there is a small bedroom equipped with bunk beds and a smaller wardrobe. It also has a window facing the rear terrace.
Opposite the second bedroom is the bathroom, equipped with a toilet, sink, and a large walk-in shower. The bathroom also has a window facing the rear terrace, ideal for natural light and ventilation.
At the end of the hallway, we find the spacious and bright rear terrace. This terrace includes a built-in storage cupboard where the washing machine is located. Access to and from the property is via a small staircase leading directly to the street.
The complex is very well maintained, with highlights including the communal swimming pool, landscaped gardens, and surrounding sunbathing area. In addition, the complex has four entrance access points. The main entrance, located next to the café, has an intercom system directly connected to the apartment.
