It is on the first floor, and on the second floor there is a shared terrace for the three flats with views over Arguineguín and towards the sea. The house is very close to the new beach of El Perchel, but also near Marañuelas Beach and the Arguineguín harbour, with all amenities such as supermarkets, shops, and restaurants in the area.

The price is €1000 per month with water and electricity included up to limits, one month’s deposit, and one month’s real estate fees.

Serious people with proven income are required; maximum two people to start with a seasonal contract.
