Rental conditions
Monthly rent: €1,450 all inclusive (water, electricity, Wi-Fi, alarm system and community fees) during July, August and September 2026. From October 2026 onwards, the monthly rent will be €1,650, with the same utilities included.

Agency fee: one month’s rent for contracts of 6 months or longer
No agency fee payable by the tenant for stays of 1 to 3 months
Proof of financial solvency required
Security deposit: one month’s rent

The property is preferably rented for periods of more than 6 months, up to a maximum of 9 months.
