Another one is also a bedroom with a private terrace, and the fourth room has been converted into a dressing room (so, in reality, three of the rooms could be used as bedrooms, since the fourth is a dressing room). The bathroom has a bidet, a bathtub, and two washbasins.

On the ground floor there is a fully equipped kitchen with direct access to the garden, as well as to the large utility/laundry room and the front patio. The bright living room also has access to the garden. The full bathroom found on this floor has a shower tray. In addition, there is storage space in a recess under the stairs, and of course also in the laundry room.
