This charming rustic country house is located in Cala de Bou, on the west coast of Ibiza. Its excellent location allows you to enjoy a peaceful setting just a few minutes from the beaches of San Antonio Bay, supermarkets, restaurants, and all essential services. The area is also renowned for its spectacular sunsets and relaxed atmosphere.

The property preserves the traditional charm of Ibizan architecture and is surrounded by extensive green areas that provide privacy and tranquility. Access is through a large covered terrace furnished with comfortable sofas, making it the perfect place to enjoy outdoor living throughout the day. From the terrace, you enter directly into the open-plan living room, dining area, and kitchen, creating a warm and welcoming space.

The house features three bedrooms, each equipped with two single beds. One of the bedrooms has direct access to the outside area. The property also includes a full bathroom with a shower. In the living room, there are two sofa beds providing additional sleeping space if required. The kitchen is equipped with an oven and a washing machine.

Outside, the property offers a pleasant barbecue area and a huge garden surrounded by vegetation, ideal for enjoying the Mediterranean climate and peaceful surroundings. Although there is no private parking within the property, there is a large dirt parking area directly opposite with space for numerous vehicles.

Maximum occupancy is 6 people. Rental is exclusively for companies.

Rental conditions

The property is rented to tenants with an employment contract or proven financial solvency.
Electricity and water costs are paid separately. There is currently no Wi-Fi, but it will be installed.
To move in, the following amount must be paid: 4 monthly payments consisting of 1 month's rent, 2 months' security deposit, and 1 month's agency fee (+ VAT).
