Occupancy: Home distributed into two bedrooms (one large double bedroom and one single bedroom with capacity for one bed, wardrobe, and a small study desk), a living room, a dining room independent from the living room, a bathroom, a kitchen, a gallery, a terrace, and a patio.

Lease duration: Up to 5 years, extendable.

Registration (empadronamiento): Allowed.

Pets: Yes, up to 10 kg. The tenant will be responsible for any damages the pet may cause.

Semi-furnished for rent: dining table in the dining room (without chairs), bed in the single bedroom (without a mattress) and wardrobe, ceiling fans, gas cooker, oven, washing machine, refrigerator, and gas water heater.

Deposit (fianza): One month.

Agency fees: Paid by the owner.

Utilities: Paid by the tenant.

IBI (Property Tax): Paid by the owner.

Annual garbage fee: Paid by the tenant.

Requirements: Minimum net demonstrable income, monthly: 2,600.00 €.

Guarantor (avalista): If the total income of the tenants does not reach 2,600 €, a guarantor will be accepted.

Rent default insurance: Rent default insurance is arranged; the insurance company requests the following documentation:
- Employed workers (salaried): DNI, the last two pay slips, income tax return, and updated work history (life laboral).
- Self-employed: DNI, income tax return, the last two quarterly tax filings, certificates showing they are up to date with the Tax Authorities (Hacienda) and Social Security, and updated work history (life laboral).
- Pensioners: DNI, certificate from the public administration, and proof of income.
- Companies: deed of incorporation, DNI of the partners, corporation tax, and VAT for the last two quarters.

Note: The documentation will be provided if the home is reserved.

Minimum contract term: One year.
