This villa is located in one of the most prestigious residential areas in the south of Gran Canaria: Meloneras. The property is just a few minutes from the beach, the seafront promenade, restaurants, shopping areas, and the famous Maspalomas Dunes.

The property is accessed directly from the street, where you are welcomed by a spacious outdoor area featuring a fantastic private swimming pool. The exterior is one of the villa’s greatest attractions, as it surrounds the entire house and has been carefully designed to make the most of Gran Canaria’s exceptional climate. It offers comfortable sun loungers for sunbathing, a magnificent pool area perfect for cooling off and relaxing in complete privacy, as well as several covered seating areas with porches and awnings, ideal for family gatherings and outdoor dining.

The interior can be accessed through two entrances: the main entrance and another located beside the pool, which leads directly into the living and lounge area.

The main entrance opens into a spacious and bright entrance hall. On the left-hand side are the stairs leading to the upper floor.

To the right, through a wide open doorway without a door that enhances the flow between spaces, you enter the large living room and lounge area. This room is furnished with two two-seater sofas, two armchairs, a large coffee table, and a cozy relaxation corner featuring two reclining armchairs with footrests positioned in front of the television unit, which offers international channels. The room also includes a pantry cabinet and a sideboard. From the living room, there is direct access to the pool area.

The first room on the left of the entrance hall is a guest toilet, equipped with a washbasin with storage unit and a toilet.

Further along is the ground-floor en-suite bedroom, which is exceptionally spacious and bright. It is furnished with a double bed, bedside tables, a chest of drawers with television, and a large built-in wardrobe. The en-suite bathroom features a large vanity unit with storage space, a bidet, a toilet, and a bathtub. It also benefits from abundant natural light through its window.

At the end of the hall is the spacious kitchen with a dining area. It is fully equipped with all necessary appliances, including an oven, microwave, large fridge-freezer, dishwasher, and ample storage space. From the kitchen, there is access to an outdoor utility area used as a laundry space.
