The apartment is ideally situated in the heart of the town, with the beach and promenade directly in front and the House of Culture and its park just behind. All essential services, shops, and dining options are only a short walk away.

Accessed via a staircase, the apartment opens into a spacious and bright living area dominated by a large panoramic window overlooking the sea. The lounge features a comfortable sofa with extendable footrest and a large TV, creating a perfect space to relax while enjoying the views.
