On the ground floor, the property features a living room with a fireplace and direct access to a beautiful terrace, with a covered porch area for shade and an open area to enjoy the sun. On this floor there is also a fully equipped independent kitchen with access to a patio and a storage room, a full bathroom and another small indoor storage room.

On the first floor there are three double bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other two with two single beds each. All bedrooms have ceiling fans. Every room is equipped with air conditioning and silent ceiling fans, as well as mosquito screens.

Two of the bedrooms have access to a wonderful terrace with fantastic sea views. There is also another full bathroom on this floor.

Pets are welcome except cats.

A €300 security deposit is required, which will be refunded after your stay once it has been verified that everything is in the same condition as at the beginning.
