Upper floor (access via the terrace or an internal spiral staircase): Living room with fireplace and a bedroom with a brand-new en-suite bathroom. Pool annexes: Bathroom with washing machine and a small outbuilding (locked).

Outside. South/South-east terrace: Sunbathing area with a small swimming pool and sea views. North terrace: Spacious area with greenery, barbecue area and a swing.

Living space: Photographs not up to date. The property will be handed over fully finished, with new furniture, a refurbished swimming pool, etc.

Access: A tarmac road leads to the property, with a narrow, winding section taking around 11 minutes to drive along. It is a remote, mountainous rural area.
