The property is rented only to tenants with an employment contract or proof of financial solvency.
Water and electricity costs, as well as Wi-Fi, are charged separately.
To move in, the equivalent of 3 months' rent must be paid: 1 month's rent, 1 month's security deposit, and 1 month's agency fee (+ VAT).
