The apartment is fully equipped with air conditioning in the living room and a fan in the bedroom, and there is a communal swimming pool. The beach is 5 meters from the building. All amenities are nearby.

Rental is available to individuals with a contract or verifiable income. A three-month deposit is required upon move-in, broken down as follows: 1 month's rent, 1 month's security deposit, and 1 month's agency fee (plus VAT).

Electricity and water are charged separately. Wi-Fi is included in the rental price.

Maximum 2 people; pets are not allowed.
