The standard departure cleaning is included.

In the event of damage or an extraordinary cleaning cost resulting from improper use of the property, the corresponding cost may be deducted in full or in part from the security deposit.

Winter season (October to May): €950/month (utilities separate).

Stays longer than 11 nights will have a personalized quote, applying a more advantageous rate the longer the stay.
