All bedrooms include wardrobes, desks, and chairs, with some of the furniture having been recently renovated.

Regarding climate control, we have individual heating.

The location of this apartment is excellent—just a few steps from Camino de Ronda and Arabial, and from the Sciences campus, as well as green areas, all kinds of services, bus stops, clothing stores, food stores, and bank offices. Rental conditions:
