Important information

This property is available for temporary rental / monthly rental. This price applies to contracts of 4 months or more. Contracts of less than 4 months may have an additional charge.

To keep in mind:
- It will be mandatory for both parties (landlord and tenant) to sign the temporary rental contract, no later than the day before check-in.
- Utilities are not included.
- A cleaning fee of €140 must be paid at the end of your stay.
- For bookings of one month, the deposit will be half a month’s rent. For bookings of more than one month, the deposit will be one month’s rent.
