This apartment is available for seasonal rent in Las Palmas de Gran Canaria, specifically in the La Isleta neighbourhood. It enjoys an excellent location just a few metres from Las Canteras Beach, one of the island's finest beaches, and Parque de la Luz. The property is close to all essential amenities, including shops, large supermarkets, cafés, restaurants, sports centres, medical facilities, and is very well connected by public transport.

The apartment is located on the first floor of a building without a lift and comprises a living room, a separate kitchen, two bedrooms, and one bathroom.

Upon entering the property, you are welcomed by a long hallway that runs through the entire apartment. Immediately to the left is the living room, the only room located on this side of the property. It is a spacious and fully furnished living area featuring an L-shaped sofa bed and, opposite it, a TV unit. Next to the TV unit is another piece of furniture with shelving and cupboards, with a small side table placed between them. Towards the far end of the room, beside the large exterior-facing windows that provide an abundance of natural light, there is a dining area with seating for four people.

Returning to the hallway, the remaining rooms are located on the right-hand side. First, you will find the fully furnished and equipped kitchen, complete with all appliances, including a washing machine.

Next is the first bedroom, furnished with two single beds and a small chest of drawers.

Further along the hallway is the modern bathroom, fitted with a toilet, washbasin, and a spacious walk-in shower.

At the end of the hallway is the master bedroom, furnished with a double bed, a large wardrobe, and two bedside tables.

All of these rooms have windows overlooking an interior courtyard, allowing plenty of natural light into the apartment.

Rental price: €1,300 per month, including internet. Water and electricity expenses are included up to a combined maximum of €60 per month.

Conditions: Proof of financial solvency is required. The tenant must pay one month's rent as a security deposit, the current month's rent, and one month's rent plus 7% IGIC as the agency's professional fee.
