The house is of a very good quality, and is about a 5-minute drive from Alhaurin el Grande. About 15 minutes from Coin and Cártama. There are several ways to get there.

When you enter the plot, you have on the left a carport and a good-size storage room with a fully equipped (but small) bathroom. This storage room is empty and can be perfectly used as a hobby area.

Walking further, you have on your left the pool. It is a good-size pool, about 7 by 3.5 meters, surrounded with artificial grass.

Going towards the house, you first have a covered terrace, and then you enter the house into a spacious open living room and kitchen. The atmosphere in the house is real Spanish, with nice high ceilings and lots of wood. The kitchen has a separate utility room and storage area. From the living room, you can enter the back terrace of the house, so you can choose where to sit and enjoy your life in the countryside.

From the living room, you go to the left into a little hallway, where there are 3 bedrooms. One of them is set up as an office area, and the other two have beds. All rooms are spacious and have built-in wardrobes.
