- Rent review: the INE will publish the IRAV (Housing Rent Reference Index) monthly on its website. The review will be annual in accordance with the applicable official index.
- Payment method and frequency: monthly.
- Utilities: utilities may be transferred to the tenant, depending on conditions and the final agreement with the owner; as a reference, the most recent invoices will be used. Costs derived from water, electricity, natural gas and/or butane gas invoices (current price of the bottle).
- Landlord’s agency fees (owner): included in the prior services agreement with the landlord.
- Tenant’s agency fees (tenant): for a usual place of residence, 0 €; real estate management and contract formalization expenses will be borne by the landlord. For use other than as a usual place of residence: 1 month’s rent.
