Rental price: €1,500 per month. The rent includes high-speed internet, as well as water and electricity expenses up to a combined maximum of €60 per month.

Conditions: Proof of financial solvency is required, together with one month’s rent as a security deposit and payment of the current month’s rent.

Temporary rental only. The tenant must have a valid reason for the temporary nature of the tenancy, duly justified and supported by documentary evidence, which must be expressly stated in the rental agreement. This property may not be used as the tenant’s habitual or permanent residence.
